I ordered an item from them at the end of January. A few weeks later after I inquired (sent 2 emails, left a phone message), they eventually got back to me and told me I would have a tracking # soon, plus the item after a few days. I still have not received EITHER. It has been 3 weeks since I have heard from them after the several messages and emails that I sent. I should have read the reviews BEFORE I ordered from them. I also got the 'Valentines day is busy', and 'your item was out of stock' stories. Yeah, I still don't have the item - or a refund. OK - I received the item Mid march - and it was fine. The owner responded to a frustrated email of mine and offered to send me an item FREE OF CHARGE of equal or lesser value than what I purchased. It arrived in only a few days. Not many companies are so willing to 'make it right.' Much appreciated and I will buy from them again. more
