My overall experience was fair....It was my 1st experience, let me start by saying my Salon of preference is Nail Spa...Love Love Love those Guys/Gals. Anyhow I can relate to previous review regarding them feeling "rushed" I was treating me & my daughter for a mother/daughter day (which was her 1st experience). While she has no expectations she had nothing but a great experience. My water was cool I had to tell them repeatedly to make warmer, the entire language barrier was in full effect and then my eyebrows were DESTROYED....I THOROUGHLY expressed my dissatisfaction. There was no arch, paper line and they were not identical....Needless to say I was FURIOUS....so i will have to re rate my over all experience was HORRIBLE oh yeah not to mention she smudged polish on my toe while attempting to slide on flip flop & touched it up but at that point I was ready to get out of there... Yeah I will not return & I don't suggest anyone else does either.
