Despite the other bad reviews here, I have actually been here several times and have enjoyed my experiences very much. My bridal party even came here before my wedding to have pedicures, manicures, and eyebrows done and every service performed was done very efficiently. I guess it may depend on what time you go, but I have never felt rushed or treated inadequately. I will definitely go back and I recommend that you give them a shot. more

My overall experience was fair....It was my 1st experience, let me start by saying my Salon of preference is Nail Spa...Love Love Love those Guys/Gals. Anyhow I can relate to previous review regarding them feeling "rushed" I was treating me & my daughter for a mother/daughter day (which was her 1st experience). While she has no expectations she had nothing but a great experience. My water was cool I had to tell them repeatedly to make warmer, the entire language barrier was in full effect and then my eyebrows were DESTROYED....I THOROUGHLY expressed my dissatisfaction. There was no arch, paper line and they were not identical....Needless to say I was FURIOUS....so i will have to re rate my over all experience was HORRIBLE oh yeah not to mention she smudged polish on my toe while attempting to slide on flip flop & touched it up but at that point I was ready to get out of there... Yeah I will not return & I don't suggest anyone else does either. more

The first time I visited this salon I thought these folks were just having a bad day. The next two visits proved to me that the employees here are actually very rude & may have a tad bit of "Anglo phobia". I have visited Asia many times and I love Asian people and Asian culture---for the most part. Most Asians are lovely, polite people that pride themselves on giving good service. I have been using Asian nail salons for many years and I am can always find a great salon no matter where I am in the US or elsewhere. This is not one of them. Hear me Tips' N' Toes', we know when we receive sloppy service AND when we are being made fun of in ANY language. more

They are rude and do not deserve your business more

I live in the Greenville area. I went in one day to Tips n Toes for a pedicure and promise you that I will never ever return. I prefer a simple red. No orange - no purple - no frost. Plain red. I stood at the nail polish rack trying to find a suitable color for myself. As a paying customer I feel that I have that right if I remember correctly. One of the staff members (turns out to be the owner) kept grabbing colors off the shelves and saying "this one?" "this one?" "this one?".....and I could hear her impatience - NOBODY was waiting to be served. I was the only one waiting. I said "hmmmm....no let me keep looking for a second" - she replied in Vietnamese with a sarcastic comment. She shouldn't have assumed that I couldn't understand her - my head never whipped around so fast in my life. I looked at her dead in the eyes and said "THAT was completely uncalled for" she stood and stared at me shocked - probably didn't think that a blonde understood Vietnamese! WRONG! I am fortunate to speak several languages. I would never use it as a method or tool in which to talk about people while in their presence assuming they can't understand me. I grabbed my bag - put my shoes back on and told her that she should be ashamed of herself. I called the owner thinking that she should be aware of the fact that her staff member is so rude to customers. Turns out that "supposedly" the woman I was dealing with WAS the owner - she defended herself and accused me of being jealous. I asked "jealous of what?" she replied with "that I speak another language"....I laughed and said that I could speak four and was certainly not jealous. She never apologized and I promised her I wouldn't return and would spread the word. On a positive note - I found a lovely lady named Sunshine at Nails Forte - which is run by Teresa (also Vietnamese / American) but EXTREMELY FRIENDLY and polite. I will be quite happy to bring revenues to a friendly and professional environment. Cons: Staff is rude more

This was by far the worst pedicure I have had. The polish looked good but I was rushed in and out in 15 min they didn't scrub my feet good, were rough, and rude!! I will never go back and don't recommend them to ANYONE! more
