I was pleased both with the initial visit (where we discussed the best furnace for both my physical and financial needs) and the installation. The furnace was installed quickly, the explanation of the new thermostat was clear and everything worked! Their office support people were very friendly and helpful and, most appreciated, the salesman did not try to up-sell me when I was deciding which furnace to go with. I felt he was honest, considerate and respectful; as a single woman I am sensitive to feeling taken advantage of when dealing with sales- and tradesmen and at NO time did any such feelings or thoughts occur.
