Our 1-yr old husky recently went on a rampage that involved consuming and unknown amount of tylenol and a ton of chocolate. We took him here, he was instantly seen and treatment was started. The staff is awesome, the front office staff and techs are always friendly and available for questions. Drs. Johnson and Alcan were especially great, we felt very assured with our dog in their care. It is pricey, but it is an ER afterall. You're also paying for round the clock close supervision and monitoring, which in our opinion is worth it. We were told that his treatment would be between $3,000-4,000 and required a $2300 deposit to begin treatment. Our bill ended up being less that the estimate so we were pleased. We would definately recommend this ER and will use it again if another emergency arises.
