Roto-Rooter, Cleveland gave me the best customer service on a Sunday evening. With it being a Sunday I assumed that Roto-Rooter Cleveland would give me an appointment for another day the young lady who answered my called instructed me that a service personal would be out within an hour and he was. When Edward appeared at my door he put on his little blue shoes and went straight to work assuring me that he could clear up my flooded basement. He explained the cost of both services that he would provide. Edward went as far to help me mop up the basement afteer he was all done and gave me tips on how to finish the job. That was the best service call I had ever experienced and it was not a cheap service call either, however I am glad I chose Roto-Rooter Cleveland. I started to call a friend to help but I am really glad I didn't because Edward did a better job than I could have expected. THANK-YOU ROTO-ROOTER CLEVELAND.
