Awful Customer Service 12/23/2011

We made a reservation in order to have a way to get around without using my grandparents car. The employee did not honor the reservation and than told us "how do you expect me to physically create a car". The employee's were completely disrespectful and the manager awful. We eventually got a car but the manager was muttering phrases like "i don't want to push it" under his breath. He than blamed us for causing problems and not "pre-planning" like other people and made sure to say three times that "we better bring the car back". Overall: customer service is awful and they are unreliable. more
