Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We made a reservation in order to have a way to get around without using my grandparents car. The employee did not honor the reservation and than told us "how do you expect me to physically create a car". The employee's were completely disrespectful and the manager awful. We eventually got a car but the manager was muttering phrases like "i don't want to push it" under his breath. He than blamed us for causing problems and not "pre-planning" like other people and made sure to say three times that "we better bring the car back". Overall: customer service is awful and they are unreliable. more

My daughter wrecked her car. We had a car set up for us with the insurance. They said to come in and get it on a certain day. We showed up and they said they rented all the cars out due to a concert that was going on in Salt Lake City. The car was going to be down an entire week. The employee stated that there policy is to have a time to pick up and no shows they rent out after the dead line. I was just shocked they never told us a time to pick up other than the day the insurance company said to pick up and they had no motivation to help me find a car. We called the insurance company to complain they said they do this all the time because they have to discount the rental rate for the insurance company because they refer all the customers to them. So any chance they get busy they would rather rent the car to someone else for a higher rate. This was very unexpected and inconvenient. What a horrible experience to have happen. We had to find another company on our own and pay fo more
