I am very pleased w/the carpet cleaning that I received from Jerry's. My carpet was significantly overdue for a cleaning. Then I had a plumbing valve leak which drenched the carpet. Although I immediately soaked the water, the dampness permeated to the carpet pad and caused a very stagnant, mildew odor in the house days later. Soon thereafter, (as fate would have it), guests would arrive for an impromptu visit. Although I initially spoke with a few other cleaners who said that they were not available for several days, Jerry's agreed to come out that day and was here IN AN HOUR. Jerry's even charged less than the other cleaners! They saved me from an embarrassing situation. Next time, I'll call Jerry's first! Thanks so much!
