VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
American Family Insurance at 9280 E Raintree Dr, Scottsdale, AZ 85260 are not very helpful and they over charge.
I called LISA on the 2nd to add insurance and they did not bill my account until the 16th. During that time I lost my card and put a stop on it while I ordered another one (that was on the 15th). They could not process a payment (they waited until the 16th) and a penalty occurred. I explained to them that my account was supposed to be charged the week of the 2nd and did not anticipate that they would delay processing a payment for so long, but they still penalized me for their error. I was upset because they just did not attempt to resolve the situation. So I looked around for another insurance company, and I found out that they were overcharging me. This place is a rip off and staffed with lazy people. When I originally called on the 2nd (it was a Friday) and the woman (LISA) kept complaining that I called late, that it was Friday and she was not prepare for my request, but she said she will accomidate me anyway. That was my clue to find another provider, and I should not have continued with them at that time.
