Don't Be A Hater! 1/16/2012

To read negative comments about Winston Vineyard and his staff is very upsetting. We have been clients of his for over 17 years now, and he has our home, auto and life insurance policies. I have had nothing but great service from them (this is hard to find in this day and age). When we first purchased our home, our mortgage company didn't pay our homeowners insurance and we were about to be canceled. I received a call from the office telling me this and that I had 3 days till cancelation. I followed up with my mortgage company and they said they'd take care of it. They didn't! So on a friday night... I received a call from the office again and they allowed me to make the payment so I was not canceled. Who does this?? Winston Vineyard and his office that's who!\r Winston and his staff have always done right by me and my family. My children know that if ever needed they could call the office anytime and they would walk them through anything. \r I highly recommend Winston Vineyard's office! They have great customer service and go above and beyond for their customers! \r more

Very happy with service 1/10/2012

I have been with Winston Vineyard's agency for about 9 years. I have always been extremely happy with my service. When i switched my premium went down so much I had to ask if was ""FULL"" coverage. When they see that for any reason I could be paying less I hear from them to re-evaluate my policy. Both my adult children now have Winston Vineyard's agency on their autos. I have since added renters insurance and anytime I have moved Lisa has always done whatever has been needed to be done to make sure the switch over is smooth. I have never experienced any problems. I would and have recommended them to friends and family. more

Winston Vineyard Agency 1/10/2012

I have been a client at Winston Vineyard Agency for sometime. They handle my home and car insurance. I was very sad to read the negative comments concerning the Winston Vineyard Agency. I have always been treated very professionally and have worked with Lisa personally on several changes on home and car insurances issues. Lisa has always been nothing but helpful and professional and always handles things in a very timely manner. Any changes or additions per my request are done same day. I had been with a different insurance company before Winston Vineyard Agency started handling my insurance needs and the service I receive now is absolutely amazing. I would recommend Winston Vineyard to anyone. more

RELIABLE, SUPPORTIVE AGENCY 12/31/2011

I have been a client of American Family Insurance, Winston VIneyard agency for over 15 years and have absolutely nothing but great things to say about him and his team. They have my home, life and car insurance. I have had claims at different times that were handled professionally and in a timely manner. They always seem to take care of me as they would their own family. I was sad to see a negative comment about this agency, because if you do your research you will learn that an agent like this is hard to find! I would recommend Winston Vineyard Agency to anyone. more

American Family Insurance Winston Vineyard, 9280 E Raintree 12/19/2011

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL American Family Insurance at 9280 E Raintree Dr, Scottsdale, AZ 85260 are not very helpful and they over charge. I called LISA on the 2nd to add insurance and they did not bill my account until the 16th. During that time I lost my card and put a stop on it while I ordered another one (that was on the 15th). They could not process a payment (they waited until the 16th) and a penalty occurred. I explained to them that my account was supposed to be charged the week of the 2nd and did not anticipate that they would delay processing a payment for so long, but they still penalized me for their error. I was upset because they just did not attempt to resolve the situation. So I looked around for another insurance company, and I found out that they were overcharging me. This place is a rip off and staffed with lazy people. When I originally called on the 2nd (it was a Friday) and the woman (LISA) kept complaining that I called late, that it was Friday and she was not prepare for my request, but she said she will accomidate me anyway. That was my clue to find another provider, and I should not have continued with them at that time. more
