On November 16, Russ Bard was very helpful at squeezing me in even though I didn't have an appointment. The night before, a warning light telling of possible overheating came on for a few minutes just as I was about to leave New York for Reading. I was nearly terrified. Fortuneately, it went out and stayed out for the rest of the trip, but I knew it needed to get checked.Russ and the mechanic found that my radiator fluid was just below the recommended level and was old, so all I needed was a flush and fill.As I say, I glad they accomodated me in my emergency.
