Hancock Tire is convenient and fairly low priced. When we initially got tires from there, we were helped by an older gentleman who was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
Since that first time, we have not seen that same man and things have gone down hill. We have had several incidents where hubcaps or rims have gone missing while in their care. They do not automatically warranty their tires, and their customer service is deplorable.
