Hancock Tire & Auto

Hancock Tire is convenient and fairly low priced. When we initially got tires from there, we were helped by an older gentleman who was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Since that first time, we have not seen that same man and things have gone down hill. We have had several incidents where hubcaps or rims have gone missing while in their care. They do not automatically warranty their tires, and their customer service is deplorable. Save yourself the trouble-- go to Pep Boys. more

As a single mom, I was very impressed with Hancock. I have had experiences with several auto repair shops and Hancock is the first that has treated me fairly. I called several places for quotes on my repair and Hancock was not only the cheapest, they were able to do the repair right away. I had the opportunity to speak with not only one of the employees, but also the owner. Both were very knowledgeable, informative, honest and courteous. I had already priced parts I needed before taking my car in and they didn't up the price on parts or charge me delivery fees. Several of the other places I obtained quotes from were charging almost double what I would have paid for the part from an auto parts store.\r Bottom line- I am taking my car to Hancock from now on and recommend others do the same!
