I took my dog in to get neutered and they had a list of charges that were ""necessary"" for the safety of my dog. Now mind you, other vet's don't charge for, or perform, ECG's, Laser Treatment (Electrosurgical Cauterizer), laser hair removal, but these guys stated it was a standard of care. \r

What really sent me over the edge is that they agreed that an ECG was not necessary two months ago when they put my dog under for neutering (which they had to cancel because they found a staff infection), but when I brought my dog in the second time, the charges were mandatory. Either they are incompetent or a rip off, because you don't waive something one time and then state that your dogs life is threatened if you don't do it two months later.\r

The last thing I will mention is that they have a sign in the lobby offering to save 10% on your day's charges if you post a review online. I would read the positive reviews that are posted with skepticism, at the very least.
