I have received 5 laser hair removal treatments from you, originally purchasing 6 via a groupon, and pre-paid an additional $225+ for the bikini area. I missed my appointment last time, but I did call and let you know I couldn't make it because traffic was really bad. Today I spaced our reschedule, and I apologize for wasting your time. However, I tip you well and treat you with respect, and I do not appreciate the fact that I am now stuck with hair on my cho-cha and an unsupportive esthetician.
I can take some responsibility here, but what irks me is the fact that I won't be reimbursed and I feel I was very fair on gratuity. If the $20-$30 I gave you each session plus the pre-payment, plus the groupon expense, I should get another chance. But now I don't want to come to your salon or recommend people there at all.
