Having worn glasses since 1986 I have seen my share of eyecare offices and staff. I made the appointment and was called with a reminder the day before and even told everything I would need to bring into the office to make the paperwork as quick and painless as possible. This is a true help as sometimes you never know what a doctors office is going to need. When I walked in the front door I was promptly greeted. I didn't have to wait or look around and wonder where I should be. I was greeted immediately by very friendly staff. I waited my turn in the very clean and very friendly lobby. My daughter and I both had appointments which they did at the same time instead of having to go one at a time. We were in and out in less than 40 minutes and everyone went out of their way to make sure we knew what the next step in the process would be. This is an office I would most definitely visit every year for the rest of my life as it seems my glasses aren't going anywhere anytime soon. I highly recommend!
