Ordered over $1000 worth of graduation items through them. Was told would be delivered in 4-6 weeks. Called to find out the status and Lori was so unprofessional and basically called me a liar after I informed her that I contacted corporate and they said they had no record of the order. Well Lori I can tell you that I spoke to them and can provide phone records as well. We are now going on several months and was told that the order will not be delivered for about another month. How kind. When asked if anything could be done her response was no do you have any other questions. Seriously??????
