Funiture Direct in Tukwila Washington should be avoided by anyone expecting real customer service. Showroom service by ""Richard"" was awesome. After I bought a couple thousand dollars worth of merchandise, the trouble showed up. The mattress I bought fell apart in the first 2 months. When I complianed they said they would exchange, but when I got there, only higher priced mattresses were available outside the manufacturer product I originally bought (I was NOT buying THEIR product again). I put up another $300 to get another mattress, and I was told they would deliver and exchange on the next WEDNESDAY, and that they would call 2 days before delivery. By Wednesday, no one had called me so called I called them. Was told that there would be a delivery between 2 & 6 PM. Then, they called me back and said there had been a mistake, no delivery had been scheduled. This was after I had taken time off from work. They are famous for telling you after the sale ""we're sorry, there is nothing we can do"". This has happened for the last time with me. I will spend no more money there, and would NOT recommend this store to anyone at any time, for product or service.
