I gott sectional legs broke off after 2 months, they said insurance only good on rips. i called and called and the customer service, agent never called back. on the 11th day i asked for cust. service number and they gave wrong number., which I called 3 times no answer. I again called the store HE accused me of jumping on it.
he gave me the same wrong #. which I called no answer. This time he said he was on the phone with the customer service guy, and that he would call me, no call.. I finally got cust. service HE ACCUSED me of jumping on sect. then hung up. The truth is it is VERY CHEAPLY MADE. iCAN'T AFFORD TO LOSE $1000, ON SOC SEC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
