We bought our little boys bunk beds and they absolutely love it, although they fought over the top bunk for a while. I had one when I was a kid that very closely resembled the one we ended up getting from Bel. It was a great price and is very sturdy. more

I basically got half off a Restonic pillow top, which would have been so much more at a regular mattress vendor. They have deals on the twin beds too, if you have a son or daughter in need of a comfy bed. I don’t really need any furniture right now, but I’m definitely keeping them in mind for the future. more

Went into Bel to buy this living room set my wife was nagging me about and then they gave me 2 free TVs! Now we can watch what we want when we want! I kept the bigger TV hehe. more

My girlfriend and I recently moved to Webster, where I will be stationed for the next year. My girlfriend found Bel Furniture through Facebook and easily ordered a house full of furniture, set to arrive the day after we did. Not only was it cheaper than we expected, but the furniture is awesome and was on time. We couldn't ask for more! more

My Boyfriend and I just got back from our trip to the Bel Furniture Super Store in Webster. We went to check out their Memorial Day sale after I saw it posted on Facebook. I was half-expecting to find tons of stuff on sale, just not the stuff I wanted, but I was pleasantly surprised with the selection. Even though we just went in for a couch, we ended up buying the whole set because it was such a good deal. more

I gott sectional legs broke off after 2 months, they said insurance only good on rips. i called and called and the customer service, agent never called back. on the 11th day i asked for cust. service number and they gave wrong number., which I called 3 times no answer. I again called the store HE accused me of jumping on it. he gave me the same wrong #. which I called no answer. This time he said he was on the phone with the customer service guy, and that he would call me, no call.. I finally got cust. service HE ACCUSED me of jumping on sect. then hung up. The truth is it is VERY CHEAPLY MADE. iCAN'T AFFORD TO LOSE $1000, ON SOC SEC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

I bought my 7yr. old daughter a new bedroom set from Bel Furniture when they had their coupon sale going on. The savings were huge but the excitement my daughter felt when we brought her home to her new room was priceless. THIS PLACE IS BY FAR THE MOST HORRID PLACE TO BUY FURNITURE. REP TOLD ME MONDAY DELIVERY. DIDN'T EVEN HEAR FROM THEM UNTIL I CALLED THEM ON TUESDAY ASKING WHERE MY FURNITURE WAS. THEY SAID IT WAS THEIR FAULT AND WOULD GET THERE ON THURSDAY. I WAS UPSET AND DIDN'T WANT THE FURNITURE ANYMORE AND REQUESTED A REFUND SINCE IT WAS THEIR FAULT. AN IDIOT OF A MANAGER TOLD ME THEY CAN REFUND IT, BUT THERE'S A 25% RESTOCKING FEE! IT'S THEIR FAULT FOR NOT DELIVERING IT ON TIME! WHAT UPSET ME THE MOST WAS THIS WISE-CRACK MANAGER HAD THE GUMPTION TO MAKE RUDE REMARKS AND SLAM HIS HAND ON THE COUNTER WHILE TALKING TO ME. I HOPE HE READS THIS AND WEEPS WHEN HE'S OUT OF A JOB WHEN THAT STORE EVENTUALLY CLOSES ONE DAY. Absolutely horrible experience! Purchased a full set of furniture on 1/6/2010. Today is 3/29/2010 and still have not received it. We were told max 4-6 weeks for delivery. I've been given the run around so many times. Been given several delivery dates and still nothing! The sales guy at Bel even took it upon himself to change our order after we had already paid. He changed our recliner from a rocker/electric recliner to just a rocker recliner. The customer service has told me sooooo many lies. Constantly blaming the manufac. ""Southern Motion"". I finally contacted ""Southern Motion"" and they show that Bel picked up the furniture from them on 3/11. I contacted Bel and they say they don't have the furniture. What recourse do I have!!!! I want a refund! Unfortunately the receipt says no refunds or exchanges. I have definately learned my lesson. We are in the process of furnishing our new home and we will definately not be going back to BEL. Pros: Absolutely none! Cons: Everything! more

I purchased a dining room set in October, 2009. It was late arriving, then was missing 2 of the 8 chairs and the table was damaged. It was obvious someone had attempted to ""correct"" the damage but it was very visible. I've now been trying to get a refund for approximately 4 months and can't even get them to return calls. They are rated ""F"" by the Better Business Bureau. I wish I had researched more before purchasing. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. They are horrible.
