The worst moving experience with Certified Van Lines. First, they show up to pack up the truck and wrap all your belongings. Ended up being twice as expensive and the quote. Then they end up showing up 6 day late at 10 PM on the Thursday night when I have to work the next day. It took 2-3 days just for them to call me back to tell me where my belongings were and when they would arrive. After everything is unpacked I find lots of broken materials. 2 lamps, dresser mirror, bed frame, coffee table, and tv stand. And they offer me $96 for a settlement after I spent $4800 on moving. Absolutely rediculous. I will never use them again and I would tell as many people as possible not to use them.
