The employees at this pep boys are *extremely* rude, slow, and generally don't give a crap about their customers or about doing a good job. I had a manager laugh in my face, I've never been treated so rudely as a customer at any other place that I've been. Somebody (or multiple somebodys) at this store needs to be fired. I filed a complaint on their website, but I doubt anything will come of it. Pep Boys may do ""everything for less"", but it's not worth dealing with the a-holes; you get what you pay for.
