Except for a few people the staff and management on our floor were very rude and very obnoxious. You are afraid to ask for help and afraid to ask that your loved one be cleaned. Instead of being helpful and understanding, they treat you badly and who knows how they treat your loved one when you are not there. We asked for a few things and the compliance was poor. It's a bad overall culture. You would have to ""clean house"" and get rid of the management and old staff and bring in new, friendlier people.
