I had a laptop problem and a friend recommended The Laptop Guy. I used the online website to place a service order and then took it directly to the store. I immediately felt confident that it was in good hands because after explaining the issue to Mike (the service technician), he seemed to follow what I was talking about. I received a phone call letting me know that it was back from diagnostics and what my options were. My computer was fixed and it's been working great ever since.
