I created an account just to write a horrible review of this company and I agree if 0 stars was an option they would get it. I ordered Christmas gifts 10 days before Christmas and paid nearly $20 for 2nd day shipping on a $25 order to make certain it would be here before the holidays. I called early this week to see why my item had not been delivered and she informed me that ONE item out of my order was out of stock and they would not ship the others without it....so I paid $20 for 2nd day shipping on an order than 8 days after STILL has yet to leave the warehouse. I was transferred from their idiotic customer service rep to a voicemail box that hung up on me and when I called back today they are CLOSED! Needless to say - if this prevents 1 person from spending any of their hard earned money at this shlthoIe of a store then my job is done. NEVERRRR spend a penny here.
