Absolutely horrible customer service. They immediately charge your card and fail to deliver the goods ordered. Make sure you're aware how to dispute a charge from your payor as you'll need it. They can't stay in business providing the extremely poor level of service. more

i made an account JUST to write a review. if giving this company 0 stars was an option, believe me, that's what they'd get. i am absolutely disappointed in this website. worst place to EVER order from. I ordered something on december 7th, and i STILL have not gotten it. i sent them numerous emails and called during their business hours. no answer. i tried to track my order, but they had no record of me buying anything, yet they charged my account. never even thinking about buying from this site again. more

I created an account just to write a horrible review of this company and I agree if 0 stars was an option they would get it. I ordered Christmas gifts 10 days before Christmas and paid nearly $20 for 2nd day shipping on a $25 order to make certain it would be here before the holidays. I called early this week to see why my item had not been delivered and she informed me that ONE item out of my order was out of stock and they would not ship the others without it....so I paid $20 for 2nd day shipping on an order than 8 days after STILL has yet to leave the warehouse. I was transferred from their idiotic customer service rep to a voicemail box that hung up on me and when I called back today they are CLOSED! Needless to say - if this prevents 1 person from spending any of their hard earned money at this shlthoIe of a store then my job is done. NEVERRRR spend a penny here. more

I ordered something from this site for Halloween, I later encountered an email stating that they canceled my order because they did not have the product. I was really disappointed and got over it but that was not the end.... they charged my account for the money for the item. I called them three times in an attempt to get a refund for the item and everytime was told that there ""was no way that my account was debited."" I was also told that there was only one individual there that handles their accounts and they would pass on the message. On my third call (I also emailed them four times), the representative pretty much yelled at me saying that I didnt know what I was talking about and that if my account were debited that it would eventually be refunded. After two months, I filed a claim with my credit card company against this site because they never returned my emails, calls or money for something I never even got. After another month, my money was refunded but only because my credit card company stepped in to get my refund. STAY AWAY from this place because all in all they are jokers and are full of pranks, pranks to take your money. more

If you like paying for something and then maybe receiving it about a month later this place is for you. They will charge you immediately even if the product isn't in stock and they wont even tell you its not in stock. This is the second time I will never buy from their site ever again all they are is middle men. Rip off scam how can they still be in business? more

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!! I bought a costume from them 2 weeks ago and never received a confirmation email so when I went to the site and tried to ""track my order"" they had no record of me buying anything from them even though they charged my card right away. I called during normal business hours (10 am on a Tuesday) and they said they were closed and only open from 9-6 M-F. If you look on their website there is no place to ""contact "" them like every other honest site. SCAM SCAM SCAM. more

I'm only giving this place 1 star because I can't give them zero. I ordered an item on 12-20-2010 and when I click ""Where is my order?"" it says it's ""Not Yet Shipped Back Ordered"", yet they charged me for it right away. - I emailed them to find out when they might send it out, no response. I just called and left a voicemail on their ""After Hours"" voicemail (although I was calling during their business hours) and requested a return call. I doubt they will call back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM SITE! more
