The defamatory review is in need of a reply. If the customer shopped with us often and sent other who've done the same, we're obviously doing something right.
Hence we've been around for over 20 years. According to her, what we did wrong was place a special order for her exactly as she wanted (proper style, size and color). The merchandise we got her was accurate, perfect, and arrived promptly. This is a problem? As with any business, special orders are placed specifically for a customer and we cannot return the accurate merchandise to the vendor -- nor can we afford to keep items specifically made for customers (in this case, the bridal party refused to let the mother wear the color she ordered). This is of no fault of our salon.
To clarify other inaccuracies: Our pricing is less than other salons (as we own our building, and pass the savings on to our shoppers) and we never allowed high-pressure, commissioned sales. We gladly pass these savings on to our shoppers. We thank all our loyal customer who appreciate our honesty, hard work and spectacular service!
