They didn't show up for the appointment. They didn't call to say they wouldn't be coming. And they didn't answer when I called them about it.
Weeks ago, I scheduled (and prepaid) a cleaning appointment before my big holiday party. They called to confirm. The day before the appointment I e-mailed to re-confirm--no answer, no return call. The day of our appointment, they just didn't show up. No phonecall or explanation. They just didn't show up. I called their main number--no answer. I e-mailed--no answer. I facebook messaged their owner--no answer.
Hours after our scheduled appointment I got ahold of a staff member who said I was ""On the list,"" but they were short-staffed and would be late. It was then 3 hours before my party, my house was a mess, and still I waited for them. The fifth time I called their main number, the owner finally answered. She said I they just never got around to me, and no one was available to help me before the party. Then she hung up on me.
So they saw me on the schedule, they knew they wouldn't be able to make the appointment, and they couldn't be bothered to let me know.
I had 1 hour to clean my entire apartment before 20 guests arrived. It was a nightmare, and Mrs. Sunshine's Cleaning Service is to blame. I relied on them and they failed. They were profoundly unprofessional. I prepaid for my appointment and now I'm in a fight to get my money back. Avoid this company.
