I, like many others, was caught by a headline of $29 for 1.5 hours of cleaning and I like the other reviews on this site, I wish I hadn't wasted my time. Right after I purchased the voucher, I attempted to schedule an appointment, I was told to call back in ""a few days"" because they were busy. I called back in a few days, and I was told to email an appointment request. I did so, left my email address, telephone number, complete address and appointment date and time. On the date of the appointment, I took a day off of work. After 15 minutes passed the the time of the start of the appointment and nobody showed up, so I called the main line. I was met with a lady with a nasty attitude who told me that I had not left any contact information so they couldn't confirm the appointment with me. I told her if she didn't have information she needed she could have used the email address that she insisted I use to schedule the appointment She said that she was too busy to do so. I then pulled up my emails I sent to the company, where I listed my phone number several times and my address as well. I addressed with this the lady, and I was yelled at told ""there is nothing we can do about it."" At first, I was supposed to be held accountable for her lack of organization and planning, then when I proved I did, I was yelled at. DO NOT BUY more

They didn't show up for the appointment. They didn't call to say they wouldn't be coming. And they didn't answer when I called them about it. Weeks ago, I scheduled (and prepaid) a cleaning appointment before my big holiday party. They called to confirm. The day before the appointment I e-mailed to re-confirm--no answer, no return call. The day of our appointment, they just didn't show up. No phonecall or explanation. They just didn't show up. I called their main number--no answer. I e-mailed--no answer. I facebook messaged their owner--no answer. Hours after our scheduled appointment I got ahold of a staff member who said I was ""On the list,"" but they were short-staffed and would be late. It was then 3 hours before my party, my house was a mess, and still I waited for them. The fifth time I called their main number, the owner finally answered. She said I they just never got around to me, and no one was available to help me before the party. Then she hung up on me. So they saw me on the schedule, they knew they wouldn't be able to make the appointment, and they couldn't be bothered to let me know. I had 1 hour to clean my entire apartment before 20 guests arrived. It was a nightmare, and Mrs. Sunshine's Cleaning Service is to blame. I relied on them and they failed. They were profoundly unprofessional. I prepaid for my appointment and now I'm in a fight to get my money back. Avoid this company. more
