I am a mom of two and a frequent shopper of Tatnuck. I have had nothing but wonderful service in both the children's section and the gifts. I have brought my children with me on several occasions and have never had a problem. I don't blame the manager for speaking to unattended or misbehaved children. It is a retail business in which things are for sale, not a playground or a public park. I always have my children's hands, and if they are not with me they are playing in the play area designated for children. If you can't watch your kids properly than maybe you should stay home.
