We've tried Mt. Fuji 3 times this past year to give them a chance and were disappointed each time. Service was bad, food presentation and flavor - terrible. Sushi was just mediocre. Ordered a pasta dish that we were told was a ""customer favorite""; it looked like slop and tasted horrible - it was inedible and sent it back. We won't be returning until things improve. We really want to support the Brightleaf restaurants but this place needs new staff and chef.
