I wanted Satellite radio in my car. Went shopping around at major electronic stores and didn't get much help. I've heard about Car Tunes before from people that have had work done there. The staff was very knowledgeable in what I needed. I ordered the radio on line, then took it to them to install in my brand new car. I was concerned about scratches or damage during installation. They reassured me that there would be no damage. It took two hours, with them staying after hours to do it. They called the satellite company and got it activated for me. Very professional and the final product was excellently installed and sounded great! No damage or scratches either. I would recommend them highly.
