My experience with New West has been a frustrating one. The customer service has been absolutely terrible. I have had multiple office visits and several phone conversations with the staff regarding my health concerns and in every case I was treated like I was in their way. The office and medical staff have been unresponsive to my questions and concerns. I've spent most of my time waiting on them. It is sad to see such unprofessional behavior in a doctor's office staff. When you are sick, the last thing you need is to be treated poorly by people who are supposedly there to help! I have never written a review before, but I decided to this time because I have never received such terrible service and lack of care from anyone in the health care field. It was by far the worst experience I have had with any type of doctor's office and it has caused a lot of unnecessary stress and frustration in my life.
