Im in the process of suing these clowns. They got an auger stuck in a 1 year old toilet. They blamed the toilet. Meanwhile after I called a local guy, (mark from Mainline 201-750-8700) he used a lasar camera to discern that something was wrong with the auger. I gave them ample time and effort to rectify situation. Generously just asked them to pay for the toilet their plumber ruined and i would cover service call. Even told them if they came back and broke open the toilet and found an obstruction, i would pay them double the service call. Ignored me on all counts. Multiple letters, multiple calls and zero call back from anybody...horrible plumbers, laughable business people. Yes, will be a hassel to take them to small claims, but I HATE when business people don't even attempt do the right thing, so I am going forward with it. With the economy is the way it is, do yourself a favor, call Mainline or a different local guy, clearly these jokers care less about their reputaition.
