Columbus OH, I had a pluming issue plugged pipe and a shower piper needed replaced. I called Roto-Rooter out to fix these issues on May 26 the tech came out and gave me a estimate and unplugged the main pipe. Then said he would have to send out two more techs the next day to fix the shower and another pipe. I said ok (one day of work missed) On the May 27 the techs show up and suppose to have fixed the problem even stated on the receipt the it was checked and all was good. Then on May 28 I get up to go to work and take a shower and the problem still was not fixed the shower would not drain. So I called back again they tell me they are sending out another tech to fix the problem I called at 8 am tech arrived at 11 am tells me that he can't fix the problem and that roto-rooter would be sending out another tech within the hour. after several phone calls from roto-rooter about the tech would be delayed he finally shows up at 930 pm (Second day of missed work) waiting on techs. So he finally tells me that there is nothing he can do to fix it because the supply stores are closed and that in order to fix the problem a new pipe needed to be run. I said on the receipt I was given it stated I had paid for new pipes and that all was fix come to find out they replaced nothing. The tech gave me the Managers name which was John I called him first thing on May 29th (Third day of work missed) and explained what his tech had told me. He ask me me what I wanted besides getting the problem fixed I told him I expected to have some kind of refund because of all the problems and work I had missed do to having to wait on at this time 7 different techs coming out to my house to fix a problem that took them a total of 1.5 to fix and that was even going to the parts store. John the manager said he would look over the paperwork and get back with me on Monday June the 2nd. That of which never happen either. They did finally get the problem fixed however it cost me $1110.00 to replace piece of pipe that was two feet long and three days of work because the techs didn't do their jobs correct the first time. The fact that the manager never called me back like he said shows this company's commitment to their customers.
