Airport Appliance has zero customer service. The burden of everything is placed on their sales people who work 100% on commission. The owners find every which way to STEAL the manufacturer spiffs and commissions from their sales staff. Management treats sales staff with serious contempt. Now you see why Airport Appliance creates so many unresolved customer issues. The root of the problem is the old man Don Van Eeghen and also his daughter Kate Van Eeghen, Presdient -- cough, cough . . .
BTW -- don't believe any of the 5 star comments. They're written either by the Van Eeghens themselves and/or their sales staff to offset the real truth of their nightmare business.
