Nice experience, we got just what we needed. Washer and Dryer. They are a little pricey but you can negotiate for a good deal.

Worst

Purchased a smooth-top stove and an over-the-stove-microwave on 2-5-07. I was told by the sales person that the stove would have to be ordered, and should be in stock by Friday, ...

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! RUN AWAY!! 9/14/2017

Stay away from Airport Appliance in HAYWARD. They tell you that you will receive a phone call the night before in additional to 30min prior to delivery and they will NOT do it. Moreover, when you reschedule and you are given a window time and confirmation that you are the last delivery, they will NOT follow through. My window was 3-7 and I was assured, I was the last delivery and that delivery would be around 5pm. Come 1pm, I receive a call that they cant deliver past 3pm. I told them after everything to just cancel the order and refund. So, at 2pm, they show up and deliver the refrigerator without me being home! WORST SERVICE !!!! Run away from this business! more

We enjoy the AirPort App experience, from the warehouse atmosphere during the sales events and the showroom experience at other times. The sales staff we have encountered have all been great with an excellent perspective regarding the different appliance brands and maintenance history. more

Sales people are knowledgeable and courteous. The delivery people are always on time and courteous and leave everything clean. We purchased a complete GE Monogram kitchen 3 years ago and returned to purchase a washer and dryer last month. Prices are very good more
