DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY This company gave me the WORST SERVICE EVER!! They came out to fix my washing machine. He came out on 11/23/11 and fixed it. It is now broken again as of yesterday 12/6/11. Which is only two weeks later. I had an unpleasant conversation with him over the phone this morning as he proceeded to hang up on my once and let me know that as the customer "I had to listen to him because he was the one that fixed my washing machine." I was trying to ask him if he could credit some of the $160 I have already paid to the install of the new part. He was not friendly and hardly wanted to work with me calling me over the phone a "demanding customer". So he finally told me that he would credit me $60 and that we could work with someone else which I am fine with because he was (a) hard to understand over the phone (b) never called or show up when he said he was going to (c) was rude and degrading over the phone. Because of this experience I will never call an appliance repair man again. It's worth the money to me just to buy a new one if I don't have to deal with jerks like this!!!!!!!!!!
