I had an excellent experience, with the exception of the wait for my friend, Briget. Briget also felt that the process took way too long. Also, she did not want her hair cut. She said the hair comb used was too small and it hurt her scalp. Her mother was displeased, and did her hair over again. With more African American women wearing their natural hair - it's important for technicians' to be knowledgeable.
