Hot Stone Massage 1/3/2012

My therapist was very good. (I don't remember her name) She worked thouroughly the areas where I indicated that needed more emphasis. She was a good listener and had a very nice attitude. I felt welcomed. more

Experience with Lisa 12/31/2011

As always, I had a very good experience with Lisa. She does a wonderful job with my color. I could have fallen asleep at the sink because of her incredible head massage with the shampoo, and my haircut is impeccable. I cannot say enough nice things about Lisa - she's the best! more

As always, my experience at Chelsea's Salon was absolutely invigorating. I was spoiled from the time I walked in the door. These ladies really know how to make you feel welcome, and Kristina is the bomb when it comes to cutting hair and scalp massages. more

New Customer Poor Experience 12/27/2011

I had an excellent experience, with the exception of the wait for my friend, Briget. Briget also felt that the process took way too long. Also, she did not want her hair cut. She said the hair comb used was too small and it hurt her scalp. Her mother was displeased, and did her hair over again. With more African American women wearing their natural hair - it's important for technicians' to be knowledgeable. more

Yesterday I got wonderful service at Chelsea, with a fabulous haircut by Sylvia, followed by a make-up session by Dena. Last night I went to a Tallahassee Symphony Society fundraiser and so many people admired how I looked---thanks to my morning at Chelsea Salon & Spa. more
