These people are thieves and liars! After buying a used car here, they assured us that all their vehicles had to pass certain requirements and that they never put anything on the lot to sell that does not meet their criteria. Instead of going through another no-name company to get a less expensive version of our car, we thought that going through a BMW dealership would result in a better car. WE WERE SO WRONG!!!! After having the car for not even 2 months, we have over $6,000.00 worth of crap wrong with it! The brakes needed to be fixed right away after they assured us that it was just a sensor that was wrong that they would fix for us. Then we were told the battery needs to be replaced, there are not one but two leaks in the drive shaft, a vent needs to be replaced and the axels have some issue with them that need to be replaced as well. And not one person will answer their phone or return our calls now about fixing their "perfect" car that they sold us. They will lie thru their teeth to get your money but then you are stuck with a piece of crap car that is expensive and needs really expensive work done. Go to any other BMW dealer in the city but this one!
