Excellent experience! 2/25/2016

Loved my experience at this dealership. I was lucky to have such a great friendly adviser, Sufyan Siddiqui. He worked fast and efficiently and made sure I was taken care of. He was also easy to reach and answered all questions I had. He made it very easy for me to understand the issues my car was giving me, and I appreciate his honesty and genuine advice. I definitely recommend him as your service adviser! So helpful and friendly! Great smile!! :) more

Great service experience!! 2/22/2016

I have taken my BMW in for service at Momentum BMW ever since I bought it. They make me feel like a valued customer and they always do their best to satisfy my needs. Does everything go perfect everytime? No. But show me any business where it does. The important thing is that my Service Advisor Phillip will do everything it takes to make me happy, and you can't ask for more than that. I will continue to bring my vehicle in here for service and I will continue to do business with Momentum BMW. They do what it takes to make you happy. more

Excellent Service 2/17/2016

James Crowe is the best service advisor I have ever worked with. He kept me up to date and let me know what my car needed immediately and what repairs I could wait on. I will recommend all my BMW driving friends to come see the great folks at Momentum BMW and to ask for James. Thanks again! more

This is the sixth BMW 7 series that I've purchased from Momentum and from Rick Watson and I'm always very satisfied. First time we came when I was still in college with my parents. I only call Shef one or two times a year, but I can count on him to answer or get back to me soon. THIS IS BIG FOR ME. PLEASE DON'T UNDO THIS! HE TREATS PEOPLE RIGHT, AND THAT'S WHY THEY COME BACK!! I think the clinic where you meet the Mechanic was an excellent Idea. This gives the customer not only the visual explanation but the verbal directly from the mechanic. This to me was priceless in gaining my confidence and making it a personal experience. more

Great Service 1/3/2011

I actually had a great experience buying my BMW from this dealer. The sales reps in the used car department were friendly, and very helpful. Unlike their other location on Hwy 59, they made me feel important. When I was test driving the cars, the sales rep would give me the keys and let me drive the car alone. This really gave me a chance to test it's acceleration capabilities, and to really push the car a little more than I would if I had the sales rep in the passenger seat beside me. I ended up buying my BMW from this location, and have been happy with it ever since. more
