I had a problem with (2) driver side replacement wiper blades on my vehicle since September 2011. They were covered under the Car Care Plan. The first wiper blade was defective and replaced in October 2011. The second was determined on December 12th, to be the wrong size placed on the vehicle. Both blades were installed by Millevoi's. I hope the new blade will be okay which is now the correct size. Finally I never received a call that my inspection was completed and went directly to Millevoi's to pick it up. The actual drop time was 11:45AM and wsa picked up at approximately 3:30PM with no phone call received.
