Nail in Tire 1/4/2012

On my way to work and then to a funeral, I noticed that my dummy light came on signaling that something was wrong with my tire pressure. I called Millevoi's and they told me to stop in. Immediately, they took my car in, plugged the tire and had me on my way. Thank you for the speedy service! more

Call before heading to pick up your car. 12/22/2011

Got to shop and looked in the window and saw van in the air and a car being worked on underneath. Told mech needed more time to work on it. MY van was in the air. Told earlier that it will be done. Had a beer across the street instead. more

Oil change, PLUS.... 12/15/2011

Kevin, Thanks for honoring the $21.95 coupon, but I can't explain in just 250 words or less what I need to. The "check" of my car started at $49.95, reduced to $29.95, but then in checking your offers, I noted one where that service with the oil change at $29.95 would have been gratis. In other words, in $$$, it would have been only $8, not $21.95. For the sake of not going over my wordage limit here, I will explain something I told to Joe and what he responded. State Inspection/Wiper replacement 12/13/2011

I had a problem with (2) driver side replacement wiper blades on my vehicle since September 2011. They were covered under the Car Care Plan. The first wiper blade was defective and replaced in October 2011. The second was determined on December 12th, to be the wrong size placed on the vehicle. Both blades were installed by Millevoi's. I hope the new blade will be okay which is now the correct size. Finally I never received a call that my inspection was completed and went directly to Millevoi's to pick it up. The actual drop time was 11:45AM and wsa picked up at approximately 3:30PM with no phone call received. more

He was very helpful, extremely courteous and made everything easy. Even got me a ride back to work when I dropped off my car. Exolained options I had and set up a schedule for some things that needed to be done. more

Car service review 11/4/2011

My cars sounds and runs a lot smoothly. It doesn't squeak anymore. And Im excited my turn signals now works! That do great work. Only sour note is I didn't feel welcome like some of the other guest. It was my 2nd or third time there. And they still ask me have I ever been here before. I'm almost certain no one else looks like me. more

Car inspection 11/1/2011

Hi- I was pleased with my results but a little disappointed that I dropped my car off at 8 AM and when I called at noon the car still had been looked at. Just wish I would of known it would be an all day event. more
