First, the directions to your shop provided by the link to Google Maps on your site were wrong, and when I pointed this out, you already knew! Why would you leave that link on your site? It made getting to my appointment difficult. Second, you recommended $2800 in work for my vehicle, part of which was $500 for a battery (& cable) guarenteed to last until my truck is 16 years old. That makes me question whether your goal is to provide the best service possible, or make as much profit as possible.
