Fitness has always been an important part of my husband and I’s lifestyle. We enjoy working out together however, this past year we have let it slide down the long list of priorities in our busy life. We have the knowledge and equipment to workout at home although, when attempted there was always a distraction. As a busy couple on-the-go parenting, working, traveling and entertaining we needed something more. Accelerated has provided us with the motivation, strategies, performance, meal plans and accountability we needed to help us find the passion to enhance our goals to get fit inside and out! "Get Fit or Get Out" ... who said that? LOL
