I had scheduled 3 different days for these folks to come out and service my pond - each time they didn't show up....not even the courtesy of a phone call to tell me they wouldn't be coming that day. When I call the shop they promise to have someone call me, and no one returns my call. They finally show up 2 MONTHS after my original call to them and they are upset to find I had another company take care of my pond. They then threaten to send me a bill for a ""service call"". They were rude and obnoxious. NEVER AGAIN
