I had a recurring problem with my plumbing and a downstairs business. Vladmir came on a Sunday, right away, and was very professional and thorough. He visited the other tennants in my building, the business below, and spoke to the workers working on the roof of my building to get his opinion. He also gave me a discount on a camera rooting to help me protect myself from plumbing problems that aren't the fault of my unit but the fault of the association. The bill ended up being less than the last time I was rooted six months ago.\r
