Amazing service! I am so glad I found FMA and Dr. Bachman. The first time we had an appointment, I was impressed that Dr. Bachman met my dog on the floor for his exam, instead of making my dog feel stressed on the exam table. But I was even more impressed at Dr. Bachman's depth of knowledge and willingness to take the time to share it. I have never had a vet so willing to make sure I understood all options without making me feel pressured to choose a specific one. Everyone on staff is respectful, helpful, friendly and seem that they really love their jobs. This is the first time I have ever received a call back from a Veterinary office to check on my pet after our visit. The Bachman's and staff really do make you and your pet feel like family. Hands down, the best vet experience I've had in Kansas City.
